Prince Warnes Properties was founded in 1997 offering all-inclusive commercial management packages for landlords. They currently manage a range of historic buildings with a vast and varied range of units to let, from modern office spaces to industrial studios for creative arts and media.
Working with the talented folks at Ammba Digital I was brought on the team to create the website. The process and brief was manged by Ammba with myself designing and building the eventual website. Prince Warnes Properties did have a logo, but there wasn't much of an idea behind it, or a brand to support.
Lisa Barrett was responsbile for producing a range of concepts for the PWP to choose from, and the eventual route gave me a solid foundation to develop a system for the website.
Featuring a landing page for each building, as well as an extensive unit-search and filter system, the website was a big step forward from what they had previously, which was clunky to manage, and hard for prospetive tennets to discover and use.
During the project we also developed a system to sync the database of units for rent with a spreadsheet, but this was eventually removed to just use the website as the property database.
The brand was changed to a previous concept during the process, so the work images below feature a different logo and colour scheme.
